Greeting to all backers!
We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving holiday.
First, we would like to apologize our team has not been responding and has not made an update since October. We took a bit of small bump and bruises where we took the initiative to visit our fabric supplier and our manufacturing partner since our last update to make sure production plans will proceed properly.
Second, due to the busy manufacturing season and orders for raw material experienced a bit of delay and we had to wait a bit longer for our manufacturing partner to receive our raw materials. All raw materials have been received except for our fabric which we will be receiving within the following couple of weeks. We will then proceed immediately on production once all raw material is received completely.
Third, we will be closing all pre-orders for the Plus Jacket by midnight of Sunday, November 25th PST. We are closing the pre-order window to give our team the full focus to finish production as soon as possible, and make sure quality control is executed correctly during every stage of production without any interruptions.

Hello to all backers!
We hope you all had a good weekend and we would like to thank everyone again for the patience and support. We would not be here without your support.
We would like to update all backers that we are still currently waiting for our textile manufacturer to deliver the main fabric for our manufacturing to start our first mass manufacturing run. We must allow the necessary time to make sure the curing process is completed properly to ensure that it pass our quality test. We are taking a little longer because the quality of our product is our highest priority before we can deliver the Plus+ Jacket to everyone.
We deeply apologize for this delay, and as we wait for our textile supplier to finish and deliver our fabric we have went ahead and ordered the rest of our raw materials to ensure we do not encounter any added delays.
In the mean time, we notice there are still many backers that have not submitted their survey or completed their surveys. Just a reminder and an important note to all backers to provide their contact number in their survey to ensure delivery can be successful. Certain circumstances 1st delivery have been unsuccessful we encourage to provide the proper contact number in situation courier need to contact you directly to avoid delays in re-delivery.

Hi all backers,
It has been almost a month and we are writing this update to notify all backers on our progress of manufacturing Plus+ Jacket.
Our manufacturing team have been ready to start production, but the last few weeks there are a bit of disappointing news from our textile manufacturing and our team has been working extremely hard to fix the issue. We received our fabric and tested the features and we are extremely sad that the fabric did not pass our quality control from our manufacturing. We are supposed to receive the nano-treatment that includes the liquid and stain proof with the anti-bacterial treatment. Unfortunately, our test indicates that some parts of the fabrics are not evenly treated, and we saw sign of liquid penetrating and absorbing into the fabric. We tried to find the quickest remedy to compensate for the time, but unfortunately these incident cannot be push aside and quality of our product is one of our highest priority before we can deliver the Plus Jacket to everyone.
We do not want to cause any delays, and we communicated with our textile supplier to send back the fabric. All errors will be corrected, but this unfortunately error will cause a bit of delay to receive our fabric. As we approach the busy season in the fashion industry it will take approximately 60 to 75 days to receive our fabric. Manufacturing will take about 30 to 45 days to finish with 7 to 10 days for final inspection.
We deeply apologize for this delay, and as we wait for our textile supplier to finish and deliver our fabric. The process of making the jacket will not be a problem, but the fabric is our main priority and we want to make we do it correctly and have a perfect jacket to send to everyone.
In the meantime, there are backers still have not fill our your survey. We have sent out reminders to your email and we highly encourage all backers that have not submitted their BackerKit survey to fill-out their survey as soon as possible to avoid any further delay. Otherwise, because we cannot get your size, we will not be able to fulfill your order. Please do contact us ASAP so we can send you the survey and you can fill it out.

Hello to all backers!
We apologize we have not updated everyone for the past months because our team have been busy working with our manufacturing partner finalize all the details for the production. We are very happy to let you all know that we are ready to start our first mass manufacturing run for the Plus Jacket.
We hit small bumps on finalizing the design, but we are finally on our way. We are just waiting for all raw materials to arrive at the factory and we can be on the way to finishing your Plus Jacket. Because our fabric needs special treatment, it requires a good amount of time to get our fabric order.

Hello to all Plus+ Backers,
Many of you have reached out to us and had questions regarding the sizing chart. We took a look and we found some errors our manufacturing made during measuring the exact size. Hence, we apologize for any inconvenience due to the error on size chart.
We have worked on updating the sizing chart immediately and the below chart will be the final one including all measurements. Please take a look at the chart and measure based on instructions. Please also update your survey so we can go ahead and finalize all the orders before the mass production.
